Dental Members International is dedicated to supporting patients travelling abroad for dental treatment, to our partner clinics in South Korea. We're looking for an experienced Patient Coordinator to join us.

This is a varied, patient centred role for someone who's confident discussing treatment plans, finance, and treatment options, and who thrives on organising the details that make a patient's journey smooth from first enquiry to treatment day.

About the Role

You'll be the key point of contact for patients considering dental treatment overseas, coordinating everything from initial enquiry through to travel and financing arrangements. Day to day, you'll be:

Discussing proposed dental treatment plans, costs, and options with patients confidently and clearly

Preparing and coordinating international travel quotations, including trips to our partner clinics in South Korea

Managing financial applications and payment arrangements for patients

Making outbound calls to prospective and existing patients

Working closely with a dedicated team supporting patients in Australia and South Korea

Managing data base and record keeping

Liaising between patients,



clinical teams, and travel/finance partners

What We're Looking For

Confidence and clarity when talking to patients about treatment and financing options

Proficient with computers and comfortable learning new software; experience with Praktika highly regarded

Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Comfortable with outbound calling and proactive patient follow-up

A team player who's excited about their role and looks for ways to contribute positively

Previous experience in patient coordination, dental reception role is highly regarded
