At Toll, we move the businesses that move the world. We're currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Forklift Operator & Pick Packer to join our Chemicals division in Laverton North.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of a high-performing warehouse team, you'll play a key role in ensuring products are accurately received, stored, picked and dispatched while maintaining the highest safety standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Loading and unloading trucks and containers using forklifts and warehouse equipment
- Completing stock put-away, replenishment and inventory movements using RF scanners
- Processing inbound and outbound freight
- Conducting cycle counts and assisting with stocktakes
- Preparing and managing freight and shipping documentation
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment
- Working closely with warehouse, inventory and dispatch teams to achieve daily operational targets

What You'll Bring

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

- Minimum 5 years' forklift operating experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a 3PL warehouse environment
- Reach forklift experience (highly desirable)
- Experience using RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)




- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- A demonstrated commitment to workplace health, safety and compliance
