About the role
This is a hands‑on delivery role suited to someone who can bring structure to fast‑moving priorities, support customer experience initiatives, work across CRM‑integrated applications, and adapt delivery approaches to suit the work rather than applying one methodology every time. The briefing notes specifically highlight product experience, a fast‑paced environment, customer experience initiatives, operational BAU work and DevOps experience.
Your remit will be broad and will include:
- Lead delivery planning across product initiatives, customer experience improvements and operational BAU work
- Partner with Product Owners, DevOps and technology teams to clarify priorities, manage dependencies and support effective delivery
- Facilitate daily scrums and fit‑for‑purpose delivery methodologies
- Manage and refine delivery workflows using Jira, Confluence and Kanban‑style practices where appropriate
- Support delivery of customer‑facing applications, including applications that integrate with CRM systems
- Help assess incoming requests and prepare work for decision‑making forums
- Identify and remove blockers across product, DevOps and operational workstreams
- Support the development and management of incident resolution processes
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices, team workflow and ways of working
- Occasionally support release or deployment activity outside standard business hours, if required
What you bring to the role
You are a pragmatic and adaptable Delivery Lead who enjoys working in fast‑paced digital product environments. You are comfortable balancing new customer experience initiatives with BAU operational work, and you know how to bring structure, clarity and momentum when priorities shift. You bring a positive approach, are open to different delivery methodologies, and can work effectively with Product,
DevOps and technology teams.
You will champion the AICD “One Team” approach and values of: Accountability, Respect, Excellence and Collaboration. In addition, you will also have the following:
- Demonstrable experience in product delivery, digital delivery or technology delivery environments
- Experience working with DevOps teams and technology stakeholders
- Strong working knowledge of Jira and Confluence
- Experience with CMS platforms and CRM‑integrated customer‑facing applications
- Ability to manage multiple streams of work, including product initiatives and operational BAU priorities
- Sound understanding of Agile, Kanban and other delivery approaches, with the judgement to apply the right method for the work
- Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to prepare requests for decision‑making
- Experience supporting incident management or incident resolution processes would be highly regarded
- Adaptable, collaborative and able to respond constructively when priorities change
- Strong communication, planning and prioritisation skills
