Project Manager

- Initial 6 months contract with chances of extension
- Based in Perth CBD
- Experience with Mining or asset heavy industry

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of SharePoint Online and digital workplace initiatives within a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of SharePoint Online and digital workplace projects.
- Manage SharePoint project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, governance artefacts and executive reporting.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose SharePoint solutions.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including SharePoint administrators, developers, business analysts and vendors.
- Drive project governance, SteerCo reporting and executive decision-making.




- Support SharePoint migrations, upgrades, enhancements and implementation activities.
- Ensure successful transition of SharePoint solutions into business-as-usual operations.
- Deliver projects using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies.

Skills & Experience:

- Demonstrated experience delivering SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 projects.
- Solid understanding of SharePoint collaboration, document management and information architecture.
- Proven project governance, planning and delivery experience.
