Due to continuous growth, we are looking for a driven, articulate, and results-focused Telemarketer to join our team full-time.

Monday to Friday (Standard Business Hours), your focus will be initiating contact, qualifying leads, and setting appraisal appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make high-volume outbound phone calls (a mix of warm database management and targeted cold calling).
- Identify prospective vendors and book property appraisals for our sales team.
- Maintain, clean, and update our CRM with accurate interaction notes.
- Build strong rapport with local homeowners, acting as a qualified ambassador for our brand.
- Work collaboratively with agents to hit weekly and monthly appointment targets.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a true phone professional who thrives on the hunt, handles rejection with ease,



and knows how to build quick rapport.

Requirements:

- Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years of demonstrated success in a telemarketing, outbound sales, or real estate prospecting role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication with a clear, engaging, and persuasive phone manner.
- Resilience & Grit: A positive mindset, highly self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Tech Savvy: Confidence navigating CRMs and standard office software.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Brisbane’s Northern Suburbs is a strong advantage.
