We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical QA Analyst to help ensure our software products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance. ? Key Responsibilities

- Execute manual testing to validate software functionality, usability, and performance.
- Develop, maintain, and execute test cases, test plans, and QA documentation.
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects through resolution.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and user acceptance testing.
- Verify bug fixes and ensure applications meet quality standards before release.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Assist in improving QA processes, testing methodologies, and quality standards.
- Support automation testing initiatives and contribute to continuous quality improvement.

- Basic understanding of software testing principles and QA methodologies.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, or automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
