? Key Responsibilities

- Execute manual testing to verify software functionality, usability, and performance.
- Create, maintain, and execute test cases, test plans, and QA documentation.
- Identify, report, prioritize, and track software defects through resolution.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and user acceptance testing.
- Validate bug fixes and ensure applications meet quality standards before release.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Assist in improving QA processes, testing methodologies, and quality standards.
- Support automation testing efforts and contribute to continuous quality improvement.

- Basic understanding of software testing principles and QA methodologies.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify issues.
- Familiarity with test management or bug tracking tools is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, or automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a remote environment.
- Passion for software quality, technology, and continuous learning.
