Blossom Bud Early Learning, Wallan, provides an inclusive home away from home workplace. We are a newly established purpose built early education centre that provides a supportive team environment to assist in delivering excellence in early childhood education, caring for children and supporting families and community.

The Roles

We are currently seeking highly motivated and inspiring Early Childhood Diploma educators who are passionate about early education and will share our vision for learning.With a growing centre we need you.

Key Tasks and responsibilities .

- Building positive, open and supportive relationships with children, families, colleagues, management and the wider community
- Providing developmentally appropriate learning experiences and opportunities
- Creating and maintaining safe, healthy and inviting learning environments
- Working collaboratively with a team of Educators

Required Qualifications & Desired Skills





- Hold a Cert III and or Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent qualification as approved by ACECQA.
- Current Blue Card - Mandatory
- Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Current Senior First Aid , CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificate 9 or willing to obtain
- Success in establishing and maintaining positive parent and staff relationships
- Child protection training: Identifying and responding to children and young people at risk of harm
