About The Role We are seeking a motivated Quality Administration Coordinator to lead and support the delivery of high-quality administrative services across our Murrumbidgee region.

Based in our Wagga Wagga office, this permanent full time position plays a key role in ensuring administrative excellence, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering a collaborative, customer-focused culture.

Working closely with operational and service teams, you’ll provide leadership to administration staff while driving efficient systems, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to the ongoing success of our services. This is a role for someone who enjoys improving processes, leading people and making a meaningful difference behind the scenes.

Duties

- Lead, mentor and support a high-performing administration team

- Coordinate quality assurance activities and support compliance with organisation standards
- Provide operational oversight to ensure efficient day-to-day administrative functions
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, process and administrative workflows

Skills & Experience

- Qualifications in administration or a combination of relevant training and experience appropriate to the role




- Proven ability to lead administration teams, build capability and drive a collaborative high-performing culture

- Highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication and customer service skills and the ability to develop effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- Excellent organisational skills including a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities in a busy office workplace
- A continuous improvement mindset and a commitment to deliver high-quality outcomes
