We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team in Singleton. This is an excellent opportunity for a quality professional who is passionate about continuous improvement, compliance, and supporting excellence in service delivery across the organisation.

About the Role

Reporting to the CEO , you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our quality management systems to ensure compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and funding requirements. You will work collaboratively with managers and frontline teams to drive continuous improvement and support a culture of quality and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and continuously improve the organisation's Quality Management System.
- Monitor compliance with the NDIS Practice Standards, Support at Home requirements, and other relevant legislative and regulatory frameworks.
- Coordinate internal audits, quality reviews, and compliance activities.
- Prepare for and support external audits and accreditation processes.
- Develop, review, and update policies, procedures, and quality documentation.
- Analyse quality and compliance data, preparing reports for management.
- Support risk management processes and organisational governance.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on quality, compliance, and best practice.




- Promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organisation.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Demonstrated experience in a Quality Assurance or Compliance role within the aged care, disability, community services, or health sector.
- Strong knowledge of the NDIS Practice Standards, Quality Indicators, and contemporary quality systems.
- Knowledge of the Support at Home Program or aged care compliance requirements will be highly regarded.
- Experience coordinating audits and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience using Traccs Client Management system would be desirable but not essential

Essential Requirements

- Current National Police Check.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain).
- Current Working with Children Check (where applicable).
- Current Australian Driver Licence.
- Full Australian working rights.
