With a strong pipeline of work and continued growth across Australia, this role will play a critical part in developing, implementing and maintaining quality systems across major design and construction projects.

The Role

Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for leading quality assurance and quality control across multiple projects, ensuring compliance with company systems, client requirements and industry standards.

Working closely with project teams, subcontractors and clients, you will drive a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
- Lead quality planning from pre-construction through to project completion.
- Conduct internal audits, inspections and quality reviews across multiple projects.
- Manage non-conformance reporting
- Work closely with project managers,



engineers and subcontractors to ensure quality standards are achieved.
- Support client audits and quality reporting requirements.
- Deliver quality training and mentor project teams

About You You are a quality professional who enjoys working on technically complex construction projects and influencing teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

You will ideally have

- Experience as a Quality Manager, Senior Quality Advisor or Quality Lead within construction
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
- Experience delivering major projects such as data centers, industrial facilities, manufacturing or pharmaceuticals
- Excellent auditing, reporting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
