Senior Cost Manager | Major Projects | International Consultancy

I'm currently supporting a leading international consultancy as they continue to expand their Cost Management team across Sydney.

With a solid pipeline of mission-critical, commercial and major infrastructure projects, they're looking to appoint Cost Managers at a range of levels. The role will suit individuals who enjoy working closely with clients, providing commercial and cost management expertise from early-stage feasibility and cost planning through to project delivery.

Responsibilities

- Prepare cost plans, estimates and feasibility studies across all project stages.
- Develop benchmarking, cost modelling and procurement strategies.
- Manage tender documentation, tender evaluations and contract recommendations.
- Provide commercial advice throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review and negotiate variations, change management and final accounts.




- Support multiple high-value projects across the Data Centre, Healthcare and Commercial sectors.

What we're looking for

- Experience as a Cost Manager, Quantity Surveyor or Senior Cost Manager.
- Consultancy or major contractor background.
- Strong cost planning and pre-contract capability.
- Experience producing cost plans, estimates and tender documentation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Data Centre or MEP exposure highly regarded, but not essential.
