The Role
- Assessing applications to confirm compliance with legislation, standards and practices across regulated industries of racing and gambling and advises the manager of items requiring corrective action.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders ensuring that Non-Conformances and Observations arising from reviews are resolved.
- Providing high quality customer service effectively communicating face-to-face,
by phone and through correspondence to deliver accurate information to stakeholders.
- Providing sound recommendations to the Principal Financial Compliance Officer.
