We are proud to be family-owned, customer-focused, and recognised as an Employer of Choice. Now we are looking for a Warehouse & Trade Sales Assistant to join our Geebung Trade Hub team on a casual basis, working up to 30-hours per week.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on role combining warehouse operations, customer service and trade sales support.

You will be a key part of our Trade Hub, helping trade customers collect orders, providing product advice, maintaining stock accuracy and ensuring our warehouse operates efficiently.

No two days are the same, one moment you will be loading customer orders, the next you will be helping an applicator find the right product solution.

Trading hours are 6:30am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday. The role is up to 30-hours per week, possibly more in busier periods. Please include your availability in your resume or cover letter.

Responsibilities:





- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders
- Loading and unloading vehicles using a forklift
- Managing stock movements and maintaining inventory accuracy
- Assisting trade customers face-to-face and over the phone
- Supporting colour matching and product tinting (training provided)
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised Trade Hub
- Assisting with local deliveries when required
- Contributing to merchandising and store presentation

About You:

You will thrive in this role if you enjoy being busy, helping customers and working as part of a close-knit team.

Ideally, you will have:

- Warehouse experience including picking, packing and dispatch
- A current Forklift Licence (or willing to obtain)
- A current Australian Driver Licence
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience operating a forklift and loading/unloading trucks
- The ability to safely lift and move products up to 25kg
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Experience in paints, coatings, construction materials or colour matching would be highly regarded, but is not essential as training will be provided.
