Receptionist – Showroom & Customer Service

About the Role

Acqua Bathrooms is looking for a friendly and skilled receptionist to join our Clyde showroom.

This is primarily a reception and customer-service role. You will welcome customers into the showroom, answer incoming calls, respond to emails and assist with general product, quote and order enquiries.

There is no cold calling, individual sales targets or high-pressure selling. Most customers are already interested in our products and are looking for clear, helpful and professional assistance.

Pay and Roster

- $30 per hour + super on weekdays

- $40 per hour + super on Saturdays

- Four weekdays: 8:45 am–5:15 pm

- Saturday: 9:45 am–4:15 pm

- The same weekday off each week

- Pay reviewed after probation and periodically thereafter, based on performance and responsibilities

Main Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom

- Answer incoming telephone calls

- Respond to customer enquiries by email

- Assist with general product and order enquiries

- Prepare customer quotes

- Enter and update customer and order information

- Follow up order,



collection and delivery enquiries

- Provide general reception and administrative support

Full product and systems training will be provided.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

- Has experience in reception, customer service, retail or a showroom environment

- Communicates confidently face-to-face, by phone and by email

- Has a friendly, patient and professional manner

- Is reliable and attentive to detail

- Is comfortable using email and basic computer systems

- Is willing to learn about bathroom products

- Is available to work Saturdays

Bathroomware experience is not required. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude and a genuine willingness to help customers are more important.
