We’re on the lookout for a FOH Supervisor to join our beachside venue. This is the perfect for someone who can lead the front-of-house team during service.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Running the floor during busy services and managing FOH staff
- Overseeing the host, managing sections, breaks, and flow of service
- Leading and training
- Communicating with the kitchen and bar to keep service smooth
- Handling closing duties, cash ups, and basic admin
- Keeping service stations tidy, customer-focused, and ready to go
- Supporting the team, solving problems, and setting a outstanding tone on shift

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience in a similar FOH leadership role
- Great communicator with a calm, positive attitude
- Reliable, organised, and great under pressure
- A genuine love for hospitality and working in a fast-paced venue
