About the Role

As a Sales Manager at Reddy G Real Estate, you'll be actively involved in every stage of the sales process, including:

About You To thrive in this role, you should have:

Proven experience in a sales-focused role with KPIs and targets An Agent's Representative Certificate / Cert IV in Real Estate Practice A valid driver's license and a reliable car A results-driven mindset with strong self-motivation

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A professional,



client-first approach A genuine passion for real estate and a commitment to a long-term career in the industry

Real estate sales experience is preferred but not essential, with any sales experience being considered.
