As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive customer experience while providing administrative support to our busy sales team. No real estate experience is required—we're looking for the right attitude, and we'll provide the training.

About the Role
Your day will include:
- Greeting clients and visitors with a friendly, professional approach
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Providing administration support to our Sales Team
- Preparing sales documentation and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with property advertising and marketing administration
- Managing office correspondence and general administrative tasks
- Ensuring the reception area and office presentation remain professional
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, confident and well presented
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- A strong communicator with a professional phone manner
- Proactive and eager to learn
- Able to multitask in a quick-paced environment
- Competent using Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Hold a current Certificate of Registration or willing to obtain one
