RECEPTION & STUDENT SERVICES ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT OFFICER

Temporary Casual Part-time (4 hours per day / approx. 3 days per week) - commencing ASAP

St Francis de Sales College invites applications from applicants to join our vibrant school community set within the beauty of the Adelaide Hills for the position of Reception & Student Services Administration Support Officer. Ideally this would suit a university student looking for some hours of work outside of their study obligations or a parent looking for some adaptable working arrangements.

This position is integral to the school community and has a high customer-service focus. This position requires a professional person to handle the flow of people, enquiries and administrative activities associated with the day-to-day running of the front office and student services.

Role Requirements

- Certificate III or IV in Administration or Business (or equivalent) or demonstrated knowledge and experience in a similar role.
- Act in accordance with the CESA Code of Conduct and the Charter for Staff in Catholic Schools in South Australia.
- Hold a current acceptable Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance & screening to work in Catholic Education South Australia.
- Hold current certification in Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect in Education and Care Settings.
- First Aid Qualification in a educational care setting.
- As a worker, comply with the SA Work Health & Safety Act 2012 and, while at work, take reasonable care for their own health and safety.
- Take reasonable care that your actions or omissions do not adversely affect the health and safety of other persons.
- Comply, in so far as you are reasonably able, with any reasonable instruction given by the employer.
- Co-operate with any reasonable policy or procedure of the employer that is related to health and safety at the workplace that has been notified to workers.
