EXPERIENCED RECEPTIONIST FOR TREE LOPPING BUSINESS

MUST HAVE RECEPTION EXPERIENCE

We are looking for full time long term receptionists for our tree lopping company who must be an Australian resident only NO working Visa or sponsorships

You will be working from our office which is located in Paradise Point from Monday to Saturday, hours will be discussed upon interview

Roles include,

Answering calls, email enquires, scheduling / rescheduling appointments for various tree services around the Gold Coast/ Brisbane and Melbourne suburbs

Key responsibilities of this role includes of,

- Answering high volume amount of incoming calls for current and repeats customers in a timely manner
- Responding to emails
- Daily Scheduling/ rescheduling appointments
- Handling customer inquires Daily bookings and complaints
- Respond to all customers in a highly professional manner
- Ability to multi task and work under pressure




- A positive personality and sense of humour/ Reliability is a main priority in this role
- Looking for someone for long tern employment

Requirements for a successful applicant to have
- Minimum 1 years experience
- Be available Monday to Friday from 8am-4pm ( Saturdays hours are 10am-1pm flexible )
- Social Media Skills
- Logistic Skills
- Excellent Verbal Communication Skills
- English Well Spoken
- Sales Tactics
- Australian citizenship is required for this position no working visa or sponsorship
