MyoActive Sports Medicine Receptionist – Evenings (Thursday & Friday)

Looking for a part-time role with regular hours in a busy, friendly clinic?

MyoActive is looking for a warm, organised receptionist to join our front-of-house team for evening shifts on Thursdays and Fridays. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, helping keep the clinic running smoothly during our busiest hours.

A set weekly shift structure that's easy to plan your week around. What the Role Looks Like

- Welcome clients and manage the front desk during evening shifts.
- Handle bookings, rescheduling and enquiries via phone, email and in person.
- Manage payments and process transactions accurately.
- Keep the clinic tidy, organised and running smoothly during your shift.
- Clean and reset treatment rooms and the gym space at the end of the evening, including vacuuming, wiping down equipment and general tidying.





- Support practitioners with day-to-day administrative needs.
- Be available for occasional additional shifts when other receptionists are away, busy or sick.

Role Details

- Part time, ongoing.
- Thursdays and Fridays, 4:30pm–7:30pm.
- Additional hours may be offered from time to time to cover other receptionists' absences.
- Immediate start available for the right candidate.

What We're Looking For
- Friendly, reliable and well-presented with excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced clinic environment.
- Confident using booking and practice management software (training provided).

- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Previous reception or customer service experience preferred but not essential.
- Flexibility to occasionally pick up extra shifts when needed.
