Company Description Maven Dental Cairns City is looking for a Casual Receptionist to join our friendly front desk team, working 2–3 days per week. This is a great prospect for someone who enjoys reception work, connecting with patients, and being part of a supportive dental team. You’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming environment while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our practice.

As our Dental Receptionist, you’ll be the welcoming face of our practice, creating a positive patient experience while working closely with our clinical and administration teams to keep our practice running smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include

- Welcoming and assisting patients with a warm, professional demeanor - Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment book efficiently - Handling patient records with accuracy and confidentiality - Coordinating with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care - Managing patient inquiries both in person and over the phone - There will be an aspect of dental assisting, on an ad hoc basis as needed.

Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will:

- Have a minimum of 3 years dental assisting or receptionexperience,



or hold a Certificate III in Dental Assisting - Bring a friendly and approachable personality with a genuine desire to help others - Have strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to multitask - Be confident using computer systems and administrative software (experience with D4W is an advantage) - Be reliable, adapt, and comfortable working in a busy clinical environment - Be eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges Additional Information Why join Maven Dental Cairns City?
