About the Role

As the Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers visiting or contacting the dealership. You'll provide exceptional front-of-house service while supporting our sales, service and administration teams to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the dealership.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and visitors with a professional and friendly approach.
- Manage incoming calls and direct enquiries efficiently.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales, Service and Management teams.
- Coordinate customer appointments and maintain accurate records.
- Process mail, deliveries and general office administration.
- Maintain a professional reception area that reflects the Mercedes-Benz brand.
- Assist with ad hoc administration duties as required.

About You

You'll be a highly organised and personable professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering exceptional customer service.

You'll Bring

- Previous reception,



administration or customer service experience.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and computer systems.
- Professional presentation and a positive, can-do attitude.
- The ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy environment.
