About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at United Radiology Essendon. In this full time role, you will play a vital part in ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all our patients and visitors. The position is based in our Essendon, VIC 3040 office.

What you'll be doing

- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage the reception desk and answer incoming phone calls
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records
- Provide administrative support to the wider team as needed
- Maintain a neat and organised reception area
- Assist with other duties as required to support the smooth running of the practice

- Previous experience working as a receptionist or in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in using computer systems and office equipment
