Keep Travelling Caravan Repairs is a family‑owned workshop with a strong reputation for quality workmanship and customer care. We repair all makes and models of caravans, camper trailers and motorhomes — from routine servicing through to complete interior and exterior rebuilds. We are authorised service agents for many major manufacturers and carry out a wide range of repairs, maintenance and specialist installations. Our skilled tradesmen, labourers and apprentices work with pride, both individually and as a team, to ensure every customer receives reliable, professional service.
We’re now looking for a motivated mechanically minded individual to join our growing team. The role begins with the main focus being on mechanical work, with opportunities to support broader workshop operations as needed. No two days are the same, and you’ll work across a diverse range of caravan, camper trailer and motorhome systems.
About the Role
- Service and repair all caravans, camper trailers & trailers.
- Repair, rebuild or replace brake & wheel hub components.
- Repair, rebuild or replace suspension components.
- Fault‑find and repair 12‑volt electrical issues.
- Carry out safety inspections and manufacturer recalls where required.
- Strip down, prepare and rebuild caravans,
both external and internal.
- Perform plumbing waste and low‑pressure maintenance.
- Install 12‑volt upgrades, solar systems and battery setups.
- Fit caravan accessories and aftermarket equipment.
- Work independently on assigned tasks and contribute positively within a team environment.

Skills and Experience
- Current driver licence.
- Experience as a tradesman or within the caravan/RV industry preferred.
- Mechanical background with knowledge of electric brake systems.
- RMS AIS Examiner qualification preferred.
- Basic welding knowledge.
- Excellent fault‑finding and diagnostic skills.
- High attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
- A can‑do, open‑minded attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
- Ability to work calmly and positively in a busy, varied workshop.
- Strong teamwork skills and reliability.
