An exciting prospect has become available for an experienced Labour Hire & Recruitment Manager to establish, lead and grow a specialist labour hire and recruitment division within a well-established organisation servicing the mining, resources, construction and industrial sectors .

You'll play a pivotal role in expanding market presence, securing new clients, building a high-performing recruitment function and delivering workforce solutions to some of WA's leading organisations.

About the Role

Reporting to senior leadership, you'll be responsible for driving new business, overseeing labour hire operations and leading recruitment activities to ensure exceptional service delivery and sustainable growth.

Your responsibilities will include

- Developing and executing the labour hire growth strategy.
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities across the mining, resources, construction and industrial sectors.
- Building long-term relationships with clients, procurement teams and key decision-makers.
- Preparing proposals, tenders and commercial submissions.
- Negotiating labour hire agreements and commercial terms.
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the labour hire and recruitment division.
- Leading recruitment, mobilisation and workforce planning activities.




- Developing talent attraction strategies and maintaining a pool of qualified, site-ready personnel.
- Monitoring operational performance, budgets and KPIs.
- Ensuring compliance with employment legislation, WHS requirements and client standards.
- Leading and mentoring a growing recruitment and mobilisation team.

About You We're looking for an experienced professional who brings a blend of commercial acumen, leadership and recruitment expertise.

You'll ideally have

- A minimum of five years' experience in labour hire, workforce solutions, recruitment or business development.
- A proven track record of winning new business and securing major client contracts.
- Strong knowledge of labour hire operations and workforce management.
- Experience working with clients across mining, resources, construction or industrial sectors.
- Outstanding relationship-building, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership capability with the ability to mentor and develop teams.
- Excellent organisational and commercial decision-making skills.
- A current Australian Driver's Licence.

Experience within the Western Australian mining industry and an established industry network will be highly regarded.
