ASAP start
Onsite only for initial 6 months
- End-to-End Cycle Management: Facilitate admin-heavy recruitment cycles from application through to offer, managing high-volume scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and seamless execution.
- Selection & Panel Participation: Actively sits in on interview panels for a wide variety of roles, delivering a positive candidate experience while providing guidance on recruitment best practice.
- Compliance & Onboarding: Oversees rigorous pre-employment compliance checks, ensuring alignment with evolving public sector and organisational governance requirements.
- Strategic & Process Improvement:
Supports organisational growth and recent business initiatives by continuously refining talent acquisition workflows.
Ideal Candidate
- Recruitment experience, ideally within an internal recruitment or public sector environment
- The ability to navigate ambiguity and remain flexible as we respond to organisational growth and evolving public sector recruitment requirements
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment
- High attention to detail and confidence working across recruitment systems, spreadsheets and data
- A proactive approach with the initiative to see tasks through to completion
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering a great recruitment experience
