About the Job

- Manage the 360° Recruitment Process: Handle end-to-end placements ranging from junior to middle management levels.
- Talent Pipelining: Develop and maintain a robust, up-to-date candidate database within your specialised vertical.
- Client Partnering:



Deliver premium recruitment consultancy services to existing clients in partnership with Hiring Managers.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct comprehensive market mapping to build deep expertise within your line of service.
- Business Development: Execute strategic business development activities to expand Randstad’s market footprint in Hong Kong.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute to overall team efficiency and support collective departmental goals.

Skills & Experiences Required

- Education: A University degree or higher education qualification in any discipline.
- Experience: Fresh graduates with a solid drive are welcome to apply; no prior recruitment experience is required. However, a minimum of 1 year of experience in client servicing, B2B sales, or customer service is considered a distinct advantage.
- Relocation & Visa Sponsorship: A genuine desire to relocate to Hong Kong. We proudly provide full employment visa sponsorship for successful candidates; however, please note that individuals will be responsible for their own relocation logistics and expenses.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong communication skills with a demonstrated aptitude for business development and relationship building.
- Language: Excellent command of spoken and written English is essential. (Note: Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin is highly desirable for managing local portfolios, but not strictly mandatory for the right driven candidate).
