Senior Recruitment Consultant / Principal Consultant – SAP & ERP

We are recruiting two experienced Senior Recruitment Consultants or Principal Consultants to join one of Australia’s largest specialist SAP recruitment teams.

This is an opportunity to step into a live SAP ecosystem with established clients, candidates and genuine momentum from day one. In this highly connected market, today’s candidates are often tomorrow’s clients, creating significant scope to build long-term relationships across the ANZ SAP community.

The business already has relationships with approximately one-third of its potential ANZ customers, providing an excellent platform alongside considerable room for further growth.

Its strong, recession-resilient client base includes major SAP users across some of Australia’s largest and most recognised organisations.

The role

You will manage a dual recruitment desk across the SAP and ERP ecosystem, with the majority of opportunities focused on contract recruitment.

Your specialist market may include:

- Project Management
- Business Analysis
- Change & Transformation
- Testing
- SAP technical and functional disciplines
- Other related ERP specialisms

While direct SAP recruitment experience would be highly regarded, experienced recruiters from other ERP markets-including Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics-are also encouraged to apply.





What we’re looking for

You will ideally have

- Established recruitment experience within SAP, ERP or a closely related technology market
- A successful track record across contract or dual-desk recruitment
- Strong business development and relationship-building capabilities
- The ability to build trusted relationships with both clients and candidates
- A proactive, network-led approach to developing your market
- The commercial drive to grow an already-established specialist desk The level of appointment-Senior Consultant or Principal Consultant-will depend on your experience and track record.
