The Leaders

You’ll join an experienced and collaborative Talent Acquisition team supporting experienced hiring across multiple business functions. Working alongside highly regarded recruiters and business leaders, you’ll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience while partnering with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, intellectually challenging environment. The team encourages initiative, values new ideas and actively invests in developing its people.

The Opportunity





This permanent opportunity exists to own recruitment coordination across experienced hiring, ensuring every candidate receives a seamless, professional and engaging experience from first interview through to offer acceptance.

Responsibilities include

- Managing high-volume interview scheduling across multiple time zones and stakeholder groups
- Acting as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Coordinating phone screens, technical interviews, assessments, onsite interviews and debrief meetings
- Preparing offers and managing offer documentation through to acceptanceBuilding robust relationships with recruiters, hiring managers and senior business stakeholders
- Identifying opportunities to improve recruitment operations, workflows and candidate experience
- Exploring and implementing AI tools and automation to improve coordination efficiency
