As the Recruitment Officer, you’ll report directly to the Department Manager and play a key role in growing and strengthening our subcontractor fleet. You’ll proactively identify, attract, and onboard high-quality subcontractors, ensuring their vehicles and equipment meet our operational standards and that every new starter receives a strong, safety‑focused induction experience.

What you’ll be doing:
- Support planning and recruit drivers based on business needs.
- Advertise, screen and conduct group/individual interviews.
- Ensure all onboarding requirements are clearly communicated.
- Conduct regular vehicle and equipment audits
- Manage incentive agreements and ensure accurate earnings.
- Make proactive engagement calls daily.
- Resolve payment queries promptly and record all communication.
- Conduct exit interviews and highlight improvement opportunities.
- Provide admin support to the Management team.
- Attend meetings and contribute to continuous improvement.

Essentials:
- 2-3 years in a similar role in sales or transport (training provided for the right candidate)
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
- Rights to work in Australia
- Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving abilities
