The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for leading and growing our Power & Renewables recruitment desk across Sydney and the wider Australian market. This role combines strategic business development, client management, team leadership, and full-cycle recruitment expertise to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and deliver exceptional workforce solutions to our clients.

What Youll Be Doing:

- Leading Recruitment Operations: Manage and grow a specialist Power & Renewables recruitment function, overseeing business development, client relationships, candidate delivery, and commercial performance.
Driving Business Growth: Identify and secure new client partnerships across Australia
- s growing renewable energy and power infrastructure market.
- Developing Strategic Client Relationships: Build and maintain trusted partnerships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and senior stakeholders within key accounts.
- Managing End-to-End Recruitment: Lead permanent, contract, and project recruitment activities across technical and leadership positions.
- Building High-Performing Teams: Mentor, coach, and develop recruitment consultants to maximise individual and team success.
- Market Mapping & Talent Intelligence: Maintain deep market expertise across renewable energy, transmission, utilities, storage, hydrogen, and power generation sectors.
- Expanding Existing Accounts: Identify opportunities to increase service penetration within existing client portfolios through cross-selling and workforce solutions.
- Commercial Management: Negotiate recruitment agreements, rates, terms, and workforce solutions while ensuring strong profitability.
- Pipeline & Forecast Management: Maintain accurate forecasting, revenue tracking, and business planning to achieve growth objectives.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with NES Fircroft
- s global Energy, Engineering, and Projects teams to deliver integrated workforce solutions.




Industry Representation: Attend industry events, conferences, networking forums, and client meetings to strengthen NES Fircroft

What Were Looking For:

Recruitment Leadership Experience: Minimum 5 years

- experience within recruitment, staffing, or workforce solutions,



with previous management or team leadership exposure preferred.
- Sector Expertise: Experience recruiting within Power, Renewables, Energy, Utilities, Engineering, Infrastructure, or Technical markets.
- Business Development Success: Demonstrated track record of generating new business, winning clients, and growing revenue.
