If you are an experienced Banking & Financial Services Recruitment Partner with proven experience supporting HR functions, we invite you to explore an exciting opportunity to join our team onsite with a leading global financial services client based in Sydney.

As part of a collaborative and advisory team, you will deliver a best-in-class recruitment service, partnering closely with HR stakeholders to understand workforce needs and drive hiring outcomes. You are proactive, consultative, and responsive in your approach, with a strong focus on building trusted relationships and delivering value as a recruitment partner.

Currently operating in over 20 countries our successful RPO business is responsible for delivering and supporting our varied client base with high touch, strategic resourcing. Whilst this is an end-to-end recruitment role, you will operate as a true partner to the business, providing advice and guidance on all aspects of recruitment and talent acquisition. It’s a role where you will add value beyond delivery—working side by side with the business to support their hiring needs.

The role you will play;

In this role, you will leverage your experience as a TA Partner to attract, and assess high-calibre HR talent, partnering closely with stakeholders to deliver strong hiring outcomes across key HR functions.

You will build strong credibility with stakeholders, take ownership of your portfolio and deliver with a high degree of accountability. You will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, complex environment and excel at building trusted relationships across the business.

You will also bring a proactive, market-informed approach, using creative sourcing strategies and talent insights to identify and engage top talent,



while continuously enhancing both the candidate and stakeholder experience.

What you offer;

- Proven experience recruiting across HR functions, including HR Business Partnering, Talent, Reward, Learning & Development, and Employee Relations
- Strong track record delivering end-to-end recruitment, ideally within or for a large, complex or enterprise environment
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels
- Experience guiding stakeholders and candidates through the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring alignment and a seamless, high-quality experience
- A consultative mindset, with the ability to provide strategic talent advice and leverage market insights
- Passion for candidate engagement, with a strong focus on delivering an outstanding candidate experience
