Responsibilities

- Complete end-of-day cleaning and housekeeping across the recycling facility and warehouse
- Sweep, hose, and clean workstations, walkways, sorting areas, and processing zones
- Remove waste, debris, and recyclable materials from operational areas




- Conduct routine inspections of recycling plant equipment and machinery
- Monitor conveyors, sorting equipment, compactors, and other processing machinery
- Report equipment faults, maintenance requirements, and safety concerns
- Assist with machine cleaning, clearing jams, and shutdown procedures
- Support general labouring and warehouse duties as required
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment at all times

Position Details

- Location: Seaford Heights (Southern Suburbs)
- Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:00pm - 11:00pm
- Pay Rate: $43.81 per hour
- Overtime available
- Public holiday work available with applicable penalty rates
- Some Saturday work may be required

Your Profile

- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in an industrial environment
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work afternoon shifts
- Previous experience in recycling, waste management, warehousing, industrial cleaning, or similar environments is highly regarded
