Our client, one of Australia's largest independent automotive glazing companies, is looking for an experienced Autoglazier to join its growing Geelong team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified automotive glazier who enjoys delivering high-quality workmanship across a wide variety of vehicles. You'll have the autonomy to manage your own jobs, the support of an experienced operational team, and the opportunity to further develop your technical skills while contributing to a collaborative branch environment.

This opportunity has no requirement for regular weekend work, and you will receive a fully maintained company vehicle.

About the role

Your responsibilities will include:





- Removing, repairing and replacing windscreens and other automotive glass components across a wide range of vehicles
- Managing jobs from assessment through to completion
- Completing chip repairs, resealing work and glass replacements to industry standards
- Assessing vehicle damage and recommending the most appropriate repair or replacement solution
- Delivering outstanding customer service whilst maintaining a customer satisfaction rating above 4.6 stars
- Communicating effectively with customers, colleagues and branch management
- Contributing to team knowledge by supporting and mentoring less experienced team members

About you

This position requires previous automotive glazing experience.

To be considered, you will need:

- Demonstrated experience fitting and repairing automotive glass
- Strong technical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- High standards of safety and workmanship
- Ability to work independently and manage mobile jobs
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility to attend occasional training sessions or meetings outside standard working hours
- Australian working rights or the skills and experience required to be considered for employer sponsorship

A Certificate III in Automotive Glazing will be highly regarded but is not essential for experienced candidates

Whether you've worked as an Autoglazier, Windscreen Fitter, Automotive Glass Technician, Automotive Glazier, or in a similar automotive glazing role, we'd love to hear from you if you have proven industry experience.
