Join Visy Retail Services as our Product Quality & Performance Lead, where you'll use data-driven insights to enhance product quality, reliability and customer satisfaction across our retail portfolio. Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, you'll identify improvement opportunities, manage quality risks and help deliver best-in-class product performance.

What You'll Do:

- Lead initiatives that reduce product defects, returns and customer complaints.
- Analyse performance data and customer insights to identify improvement opportunities.
- Partner with Product, Sourcing and Supply Chain teams to implement corrective actions.
- Conduct targeted supplier audits and support remediation programs.
- Monitor quality KPIs and proactively manage product quality risks.
- Support compliance, certification and continuous improvement activities.

What You Will Bring:

- Tertiary qualifications in Quality, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven experience improving product quality and performance outcomes.
- Strong data analysis skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience partnering with suppliers to drive quality and compliance standards.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and problem-solving capabilities.
- Six Sigma, ISO 9001,



Quality Auditing or related certifications are advantageous.
