The Role:

We are on the lookout for enthusiastic Cooks to join our team in a Full-Time capacity at Brisbane Airport at Bellissimo Coffee!

What You’ll Do:

- Cooking and serving of customer meals to order (Western casual cuisine experience a big bonus)
- Daily food preparation, plating & packing orders
- Cleaning and maintenance of cooking and food preparation areas
- Setup or shutdown of kitchen
- Assistance with daily stock take and rotation of stock
- General kitchen duties where required

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience in a busy kitchen or food service environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and WHS practices with a current food safety certificate
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster (early mornings, late nights & weekends)
- Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
