Freight Assist Australia are looking for Admin Support (PM - Immediate Start)

Freight Assist Australia is a leading company in bulk national transport, logistics, and 3PL warehousing, specialising in general and express freight Australia wide. They are currently looking for a sidekick to join their operations in their Sydney warehouse in Smithfield.

This role will be full time ongoing, with opportunity for career progression with the organisation. Freight Assist Australia have a 'grow your own' philosophy and promote their own staff consistently.

Shift Times: Monday to Friday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm
Pay Rate: $37.50 per hour + super

Reporting into the Customer Service Manager , you will be responsible for:

- Entering pickups from the drivers runs into TS2000 (internal system) and completing manifest
- Entering Additional Charges (data entry)
- Scanning Driver PODS
- Assist with Customer Enquiries

About you:

- At least 6 months experience in a similar role within the transport and logistics industry.
- Ability to show initiative and pick things up quickly (on the job training for this role will be provided)

Successful candidates will be required to attend a meet and greet with the client before starting.
