About the Role

As the face of our café, you'll play an significant role in creating the welcoming atmosphere Navia is known for. You'll prepare consistently excellent coffee and café offerings while ensuring every guest feels cared for from the moment they arrive.





This role also offers variety, with opportunities to support our bathhouse operations during quieter café periods. We're looking for someone who enjoys being part of a collaborative team and is happy to help wherever needed to create a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome every guest with warmth and genuine hospitality.
- Prepare consistently high-quality coffee, matcha, chai, teas, smoothies and other café beverages.
- Take customer orders accurately using our POS system and process payments.

- Maintain exceptional cleanliness throughout the café, including coffee equipment, benches, dishes, floors and guest areas.
- Complete opening and closing procedures each day.
- Restock café supplies, retail products and ingredients throughout your shift.

- Support bathhouse operations when required, assisting the wider team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

About You

You'll be someone who naturally enjoys looking after people and takes pride in creating beautiful experiences through hospitality.

You'll also have:

- Previous experience as a barista in a busy café.
- Ability to produce consistently high-quality coffee during busy service periods.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.

- A positive attitude and willingness to assist across both the café and bathhouse when required.
- Availability to work early mornings, weekends and public holidays.
