About the role:
You will work with a broad private client base across complex parenting, property and financial matters, including:
- Divorce,
separation and property settlement matters.
- Complex parenting disputes, including relocation and allegations of child abuse.
- Spousal maintenance and child support matters, including Binding Child Support Agreements.
- Adoption, surrogacy and related family law advice.
- Mediation, negotiation and contested court proceedings.
The ideal candidate:
- Family lawyer with approximately 2–6 years’ PQE.
- Strong technical experience across parenting, property, financial and dispute work.
- Confident managing family law matters with an appropriate level of autonomy.
- Commercial, strategic and empathetic in approach.
- Solid drafting, communication and client relationship skills.
- Genuine interest in building a long-term career within a growing family law practice.
