We're on the hunt for Permanent Personal Care Assistants to join our incredible team at Woodhaven Residential Aged Care in Lockhart, NSW.

The Position

- Permanent position with minimum 60 hours per fortnight
- You’ll need to work all shifts (yes… mornings, afternoons & nights).

What You’ll Be Doing

- Helping residents with personal care while protecting their independence and dignity.
- Serving meals, snacks, cuppas, and making sure everyone's looked after.
- Recording observations and letting the nursing team know if something isn’t quite right.
- Checking menu requirements.
- Jumping in wherever needed—because teamwork makes the dream work.
- Basically being one of the reasons someone's day is a whole lot better.

You’ll Need





- Certificate III (or equivalent)
- A National Police Check (or willingness to get one)
- NDIS Check (or willingness to get one)
- Great communication skills
- Residential aged care experience
- To meet Aged Care Worker Screening requirements
