Job Summary We are hiring a full-time Refrigerated Delivery Driver based in Victoria, BC. In this role, you will complete scheduled routes using a refrigerated van or truck, ensuring products remain within required temperature ranges and are delivered safely, accurately, and on time. You will represent Cool Dispatch professionally at customer sites and help maintain a clean, compliant, and efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate a refrigerated delivery vehicle safely and professionally within Victoria and surrounding areas.
- Complete pre-trip/post-trip inspections; report defects and coordinate maintenance needs.
- Maintain cold-chain integrity (monitor temperatures, minimize door-open time, follow handling procedures).




- Load/unload product using safe lifting practices and equipment (hand carts/dollies); secure cargo properly.
- Verify orders, obtain proof of delivery, and handle delivery documentation accurately (paper and/or mobile app).
- Communicate route progress, delays, and customer issues to dispatch in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service at each stop; resolve minor issues respectfully and escalate when required.
- Follow all company policies, WorkSafeBC practices, and applicable road safety regulations.
