We're not a large corporate organisation with layers of management and rigid job descriptions. We're a hands-on family business where teamwork, flexibility, and customer service matter.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated person to take ownership of our Regional NSW and Canberra operations, while supporting our Sydney day-to-day operations and becoming an important part of the future of our business.

About the Role

This is a wide-ranging and hands-on role where no two days are the same.

You will be responsible for managing and developing our Regional NSW and Canberra customer base, working closely with existing customers to strengthen relationships, identify opportunities and ensure they continue to receive the high level of service Rolls Liner Supplies is known for.

This is not a traditional sales role focused on cold calling or chasing sales targets. Instead, we're looking for someone who enjoys building genuine relationships, understanding customers' businesses, becoming their trusted point of contact and consistently do this on a weekly basis.

You'll spend one to two days most weeks travelling throughout Regional NSW and Canberra visiting customers, delivering products, providing support and maintaining strong connections.

When not travelling, you'll work alongside the owner supporting day-to-day Sydney operations, including warehouse activities,



customer service, logistics and business improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Regional NSW & Canberra

- Manage and develop existing customer relationships.
- Act as the primary contact for regional customers.
- Visit customers regularly and maintain strong face-to-face relationships.
- Ensure customers receive exceptional service and support.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen customer engagement and business performance.
- Coordinate regional deliveries and customer requirements.
- Assist customers with product recommendations and solutions.

Sydney Operations
- Assist with warehouse and dispatch activities.
- Prepare customer orders and deliveries.
- Support customer service and operational functions.
- Assist with supplier and purchasing activities.
- Work alongside the owner on business improvements and growth initiatives.
- Contribute wherever required to help the business run smoothly.

Essential Requirements

- Current Driver Licence with a strong driving record.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good computer literacy.
- Professional presentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload.
- Willingness to travel throughout Regional NSW and Canberra, including overnight stays when required.
- Physically capable of assisting with warehouse and operational activities.
- A flexible and hands-on approach.

Remuneration & Benefits

- Salary package of $80,000 – $100,000 including superannuation, dependent on experience.
- Weekly pay.
- All travel, accommodation and associated regional travel expenses paid.
