- Provide accurate migration advice and develop tailored visa strategies.
- Prepare, review, and lodge visa applications and supporting documentation.
- Communicate with clients, government departments, and other stakeholders throughout the application process.
- Stay up to date with changes to Australian migration laws, regulations, and policies.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with qualified and ethical standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while managing multiple cases efficiently.
