Fair Haven is an 85‑bed residential aged care service offering respite, palliative and pastoral care supported by a compassionate team. In this role, you’ll care for residents with professionalism and heart, knowing the comfort you provide truly matters.As a Registered Nurse, you’ll be a valued member of our close‑knit team, delivering high‑quality clinical care in a warm and supportive environment.

You’ll be supported by an on‑site Care Coordinator and a Facility Manager with strong clinical expertise, ensuring guidance and leadership are always available.Your responsibilities will include- Administering medications and updating care plans- Conducting baseline and focused assessments- Leading and mentoring team members (including night shifts)- Collaborating with residents, families, and internal/external stakeholders to ensure high‑quality careAbout You- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse- Skilled in medication management, wound care, resident assessments and updating care plans- Previous aged care experience is desirable- Current First Aid, CPR Certificate,
