About the role

As a Registered Nurse working across our network of aged care partners, you'll play an essential role in delivering safe, person-centred care and clinical leadership that helps residents live with dignity, comfort and respect.

Your responsibilities may include

- Delivering high-quality clinical nursing care to aged care residents
- Administering medications and treatments in accordance with clinical guidelines
- Undertaking resident assessments and maintaining accurate clinical documentation
- Monitoring resident health and responding appropriately to changes in condition
- Supervising and supporting Personal Care Workers and Enrolled Nurses
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best possible outcomes for residents
- Promoting a safe, respectful and welcoming environment for residents, families and colleagues

What we're looking for

You'll be a confident and compassionate Registered Nurse who takes pride in providing outstanding care and building positive relationships with residents and colleagues alike. To be successful, you'll need to have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- A current National Police Check
- Current COVID-19 and annual influenza vaccinations (or the ability to meet facility requirements)
- Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills
- A genuine passion for aged care and person-centred practice
- The Right to Work in Australia
