McArthur Aged Care is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our growing team, supporting leading aged care providers across both Residential Aged Care and Community Aged Care settings.

About the Role

As a McArthur Agency RN, you will work across a variety of aged care facilities and community services, delivering high-quality care while supporting residents and clients in different settings.

To be successful, you will ideally:

- Be available to work across both Residential Aged Care and Community Care
- Have capacity to work a minimum of 2 shifts per week, Monday to Friday
- Be willing to accept shifts at short notice when required
- Be available to answer occasional early morning or late evening staffing calls
- Enjoy working with new teams, clients, residents, and care environments
- Be adaptable, reliable, and confident in managing changing workplace settings

To be considered, you must have:





- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 2 years' post-graduate nursing experience
- Recent experience within Aged Care and/or Community Care
- Solid clinical and communication skills
- A professional, compassionate, and patient-focused approach
- Current National Police Check and relevant vaccinations (or willingness to obtain)
