Are you a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse with a passion for primary health care? We’re looking for a dedicated Practice Nurse to join our warm and supportive GP clinic in beautiful Coolum Beach.

About the Role

As a Practice Nurse, you will play an integral role in providing comprehensive nursing care. Your responsibilities will include:

- Childhood and adult immunisations
- Chronic Disease Management (care plans, health assessments, recalls)
- Wound care and assistance with minor procedures
- Performing ECGs and spirometry, and supporting GPs during procedures




- Patient education and preventative health initiatives
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and infection control standards

About You To succeed in this role, you will bring:

Essential:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Current CPR certificate

Preferred:

- Experience in general practice or a similar primary health setting
- Experience with Chronic Disease Management and health assessments
- Familiarity with Best Practice software
