Seeking an Registered/ Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to join our friendly Gp's & Allied Health team. Casual position available.

Registered/ Enroll Nurse with experience in GP setting

Responsibilities and Requirements

- Assisting the general practitioners in delivering medical services which include patient triage, acute illness, health assessments, vaccination administration,Injury management, rehabilitation and chronic disease management.
- Daily co-ordination of the treatment room: stock control, general maintenance and equipment
- Care Plans and Health Assessments
- Triage
- Immunisation management
- Wound management
- Diagnostic procedures e.g .ECG
- Infection Control
- Ear Syringing
- Assisting doctors with surgical procedures
- Managing recall and reminder systems
- Identifying & contributing to the development of patient educational needs




- Implementing and practising infection control
- Current AHPRA Nurse registration
- Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
- Excellent communication skills and positive working attitude with a cooperative approach to patient care, compassion and professionalism
- The proven ability to multi-task, problem solve and excellent time management skills
- High level of computer literacy and IT knowledge
