About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Workforce Coordinator to play a key role in supporting workforce and sessional staffing operations across the University's academic schools, driving efficient processes and exceptional stakeholder support.

We’re seeking a proactive and solutions-focused professional to take the lead in coordinating academic workforce and sessional operations across our schools. who will play a key role in workforce planning, process improvement, and provide trusted advice to a diverse range of stakeholders. Working closely with People & Culture and other central university teams, you will support the delivery of effective and compliant workforce operations.

You will play a pivotal role coordinating recruitment administration, managing workforce and HR processes, and undertaking compliance checks that support accurate scheduling and workforce governance. If you love creating order from complexity and take pride in getting the details right, this is the role for you.

About You

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills — you know how to get things done through collaboration and respect.
- Strong organisation and time management, with the ability to juggle competing priorities and tight deadlines.
- A good understanding of HR processes and workforce practices, paired with sound judgement and problem‑solving ability.
- Advanced computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office and HCM database systems.
- A proactive mindset, always looking for ways to make systems and processes better.

Qualifications





- Completion of a bachelor degree with relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
